What the vendor gets
Vendors sign in with a one-time code sent to their email — no password, no account to create. Inside, they complete your RFI against the exact criteria you set, save drafts as they go, upload supporting material, confirm their company profile (pre-filled from our directory where we can), and invite colleagues to help.
Answers save automatically, and if two people edit at once we handle the conflict rather than silently overwriting. When a vendor submits, the response locks and flows straight into your comparison.
