Most procurement software is built for enterprise procurement teams with six-figure budgets and months to spare. But the reality is that most software selection happens in operational teams, IT departments, and business units — people who need structure without complexity.
Disqovr sits in the middle. Structured enough to produce defensible decisions. Simple enough that a team can be running their first evaluation within an hour.
We built it because we've been on both sides — as evaluators drowning in spreadsheets and as vendors receiving poorly structured RFIs with no clear criteria. There's a better way for everyone.

The team
Built by people who've lived this problem
The Disqovr team brings together product managers, procurement practitioners, and engineers who have all spent time on both sides of the vendor evaluation table. We've evaluated ERP systems, HSSE platforms, CRM tools, and financial software for mid-size and enterprise organisations — and we've felt the pain of doing it in spreadsheets.
We've also been vendors — completing RFIs that were clearly designed without any thought for how the answers would be compared. That experience shapes how we build the vendor portal: structured, professional, and fair to everyone in the process.
We're a small team. We're not trying to build another enterprise procurement behemoth. We're trying to build the platform we wish had existed when we were doing this work.
