What is Disqovr?

What does Disqovr replace?

The spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the deck that most teams use to run a software selection. Requirements, vendor research, demo scores, RFI answers, end-user testing and the final weighted report all live in one workspace instead of being reassembled by hand at the end.

Does Disqovr use AI, and does it decide anything?

AI is available on the paid tiers above Starter and it drafts, never decides. It can structure a project brief, summarise the free-text answers in a stakeholder survey into themes and sentiment, and draft a business case from scores that already exist. Every output is a draft a human reviews and edits before it is saved, and evaluations work with AI switched off entirely.

Can vendors see each other in Disqovr?

No. Each vendor gets a scoped portal session limited to one project and to their own submission. They cannot see who else is being evaluated, what anyone else submitted, or the scores given to them, unless you deliberately choose to share an anonymous aggregate back.

Can I get the evaluation data out of Disqovr?

Yes. Workspace admins can run a one-click JSON export of the workspace at any time from workspace settings, with no support ticket and no waiting, and reports export as PDF and CSV. The export stays available after a subscription lapses, for the full 12-month read-only retention window.
