Common questions
Why is Disqovr priced this way?
Enterprise procurement suites are priced for enterprise procurement teams: 50-person departments, million-pound contracts, six-month implementations. Most software evaluations don't look like that. Most are run by a team of four people who also have day jobs.
Disqovr is priced to reflect the actual problem, giving mid-market and growing teams a structured, defensible evaluation process without the overhead, on a simple subscription.
More about why we built thisPricing questions
How much does Disqovr cost?
Disqovr is a flat subscription for the whole workspace, billed monthly or annually. Current prices for every self-serve tier are published on the pricing page, so you can see them without talking to anyone. Tiers are separated by limits such as how many evaluations you can run at once and how many team members you can add, not by seats. The Enterprise tier is quoted on a call.
Does Disqovr charge per user?
No. Disqovr is priced per workspace, not per seat, and there is no charge per stakeholder or per vendor. Stakeholders and vendors take part through shareable links and scoped portals without needing an account, so inviting the right people to an evaluation never costs more.
Is there a free trial of Disqovr?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. You can build a real evaluation end to end during the trial, including the stakeholder survey, the vendor shortlist, demo scoring and the RFI portal.
Do I have to talk to sales to buy Disqovr?
Not for the self-serve tiers. Their prices are published, you can start a trial and subscribe without speaking to anyone, and you can change or cancel a plan from workspace settings. The Enterprise tier is the exception: it is priced on a call because it covers things like SAML single sign-on, custom workflows and a bespoke contract.
What happens to our data if we stop paying for Disqovr?
The workspace goes read-only rather than locked. You keep read access for 12 months after cancellation and the one-click JSON export stays available for that whole window, so you can take everything with you. Re-subscribe inside that period and the workspace picks up where it left off. After 12 months the data is permanently deleted, and we email workspace admins before that happens.
