Set deadlines per phase — and share the right ones with vendors

Give each phase an optional target date, then choose exactly who sees it: your team only, your stakeholders, or your vendors.

Deadlines only help if the right people see them. A “responses due” date matters to vendors; an internal “decision by” date usually doesn’t. So phase deadlines are now audience-scoped.

Pick a date, pick an audience

On the project overview, the new phase timeline lets you set an optional due date for any phase and choose its visibility — team only, team plus stakeholders, or team plus vendors. The date then surfaces wherever it’s relevant: as a chip on the lifecycle rail, a countdown on the active-phase card, and a read-only “key dates” panel inside the vendor and stakeholder portals.

Overdue and approaching dates are colour-coded, so nothing quietly slips.

Vendors and stakeholders only ever see the dates you’ve explicitly shared with them — internal targets stay internal.
