Defensible scoring with weighted, percentage-based scorecards
Weight what matters, mark questions not-applicable without penalty, and produce a score you can explain to stakeholders and auditors.
A score is only useful if you can defend it. Disqovr’s scoring is built around obtained-versus-possible percentages, weighted by the importance you assign to each criterion and section.
Honest by design
Mark a question not-applicable and it drops out of the denominator rather than dragging a vendor down. Only questions you’ve explicitly attached a scored response set or rating to count toward the result — a stray yes/no can’t inflate anyone’s number. And every vendor shows how many of the scorable questions were actually answered, so a partial response never masquerades as a perfect one.
The highest score isn’t always the pick — and when it isn’t, your decision record captures why (budget, risk, timing). The numbers inform; people decide.
