Start projects and build forms with AI

AI-assisted creation is a drafting path for projects, capabilities, requirements, surveys and evaluations. It creates editable content from your brief and existing context; nothing should be sent to vendors or respondents until a person reviews and publishes it.

Before you start

• AI must be enabled for the workspace and the chosen feature.

• Prepare the problem, desired outcome, users, constraints, success criteria and must-have capabilities. Use voice input only in a supported browser with microphone permission.

Step by step

1. Choose AI-assisted creation

From New project or the relevant New survey or New evaluation flow, choose the AI option instead of manual or library creation.

2. Provide a concrete brief

Describe the current problem, affected users, desired outcome, non-negotiable constraints and evidence already available. Review any voice transcription before continuing.

3. Generate the draft

Let Disqovr propose structured fields, criteria, capabilities, sections or questions. Generation can take longer when the brief is broad.

4. Review every proposed item

Remove duplicates, correct unsupported assumptions and rewrite vague requirements so a respondent can answer them consistently.

5. Finish in the normal builder

Save the project or form, configure access, scoring, owners, dates and presentation, then preview before publishing or inviting anyone.

What happens next

• The generated result is an ordinary editable project or draft form.

• Later AI suggestions can add capabilities or questions, but released versions remain controlled by the publishing workflow.

Troubleshooting

AI creation is not offered

Check workspace eligibility and your role. Use the manual creation path when the feature is unavailable.

Voice input records nothing

Allow microphone access, select the correct input device or type the brief instead.

Generation is too generic

Add explicit users, process area, measurable success criteria, must-have capabilities and constraints before regenerating.
