What's new in Disqovr — May 2026

Internal scoring for team members, Cmd+K global search, vendor logo enrichment, comparison views, and a full dark mode.

May 2026 was our biggest shipping month to date. Here's a summary of everything that's now live.

Internal scoring for team members

Previously, demo and stakeholder scores could only be submitted by invited external evaluators. Now, any member of your workspace can submit their own scores for demos and stakeholder testing rounds directly within the app. This eliminates the need to invite your own team members as external participants.

Score visibility controls for vendors

Project administrators can now choose to share anonymised, aggregated scores with vendors via their secure portal. When enabled, vendors see their overall scores across demo, RFI, and stakeholder testing — without seeing individual evaluator scores. This is particularly useful for enterprise evaluations where transparency with shortlisted vendors helps build better relationships.

Global search (Cmd+K)

The new command palette lets you jump to any project, vendor, or team member from anywhere in the app. Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows), start typing, and navigate instantly. Results are scoped to your workspace and update in real time as you type.

Vendor logo enrichment

Vendor profiles now automatically pull in logo images when a website URL is provided. Logos appear on vendor cards throughout the app, in comparison views, and in exported reports. No manual uploads required.

Side-by-side vendor comparison

The new comparison view lets you select two or three vendors and view their scores, RFI responses, and metadata side by side. Available from the vendor list on any project. Particularly useful during the final shortlisting phase.

Full dark mode

The entire application — including the vendor portal and all admin views — now supports dark mode. Toggle using the control in the top navigation bar. Your preference is saved across sessions.

Bug fixes and improvements

  • Fixed an issue where RFI response exports could omit answers for the last capability section
  • Improved loading performance for projects with more than 20 vendors
  • Demo log entries now support markdown formatting in the notes field
  • Invite reminder emails now include a direct link to the specific evaluation they're being asked to complete
  • Fixed a date display issue in the admin panel affecting tenants in non-UK timezones

As always, feedback goes to hello@disqovr.com or through the in-app support widget.
